Client Services Officer (Five Dock NSW)

The Company
A boutique financial planning firm located in the north-western suburbs of Sydney.

The Role
Your focus will be to lead the administrative functions within the firm and provide an exceptional client experience. As the Client Services Officer, you will play a critical role in delivering the company’s vision by:

  • Providing friend and professional communication to our clients, staff and providers
  • Striving to do your ‘best’ in all your job functions and duties
  • Ensuring accuracy in all that you do

Some of the duties that the role will entail but are not limited to are as follows:

Client Service

  • Be first point of contact for our valued clients and strategic partners
  • Ongoing client relationship management, face to face, email & telephone
  • Responsible for updating clients at key milestones
  • Prepare files for client meetings

Administrative Duties

  • Manage client data on CRM (XPLAN)
  • Assist with research (Investments, Super & Insurance)
  • Prepare advice documents (SOA, ROA, FDS, Opt-In, Reviews)
  • All administrative processing and workflow management

General

  • Assist and report to Senior Financial Planner
  • Be willing to learn all facets of financial advice and compliance
  • Prepare client lists, mail outs

Key Performance Indicators

  • Phone answered with in 3 rings every time unless unavailable
  • Completing client review tasks within set due dates
  • Project managing implementation of Investments, Super, SMSF & Insurance within set timeframe
  • Production of advice documentation within set due date
  • Accuracy of XPLAN data, applications, advice documents and all communication
  • Ensure all client & strategic partners are responded to within 24 hours if not sooner
